Recipe for Homemade "On my soap box" Laundry Detergent:
1 - 4 lb. box Super Washing Soda
1 - 4 lb. box Baking Soda
1 - 4 lb. box Borax
3 bars Kirk's Castille Soap or Fels Naptha (a.k.a. the hardest word to say on TV)
2 Tablespoons per load. – works with High efficiency machines, just add to the drum of the machine. This recipe should last for 420 loads. Woah. I will have this for like 2 years. And, you can find all of this at Walmart.
First unwrap the bars of soap, cut into cubes and put into a food processor and pulse until it looks like shredded cheese. Don't taste.
